National Rifle Association Endorses Sen. Fitzgerald in Recall
Sen. Fitzgerald receives highest possible rating
Watertown… The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has formally
endorsed Sen. Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) in his election this June.
“I have been a strong voice for gun owners in the 13th Senate District, and I am honored to
receive this endorsement,” said Fitzgerald. “As a sportsman, and a gun owner, I will continue to
make the decisions necessary to protect the Second Amendment.”
The NRA-PVF cited Sen. Fitzgerald’s “…dedication and tireless effort to defend the Right to
Keep and Bear Arms.” In addition to the endorsement, Sen. Fitzgerald received an A+ rating for
his “…consistent support of pro-gun legislation, strong voting history, and leadership in defense
of the Second Amendment.”
“I want to thank the NRA for their support, and their recognition of everything we have been
able to accomplish for sportsmen and gun owners over the past year and a half,” said Fitzgerald.
